Q + A

When and where is the wedding?

Wedding will be at sea on May 20th, 2025

What do I need to wear for the ceremony and reception?

Formal attire

Do I need a passport to attend?

No. As the ship is departing and returning to the same port, you do not need a valid US Passport in order to attend, but you would need a birth certificate and US ID instead.

Which dinner time should I take?

Please take the early dinner time as we can be scheduled to all sit near each other.

What do I do for a cabin if I am attending alone?

Please let us know promptly if you are planning on attending alone so we could connect you with other individual guests. This way, you can be paired up and save money on the cabin.

When do I need to book my cabin?

Please let us know by January 31st if you plan on attending. We must provide a guest list to the cruise line.

Can I bring someone that is not planning to attend the wedding as a cabin mate?

No. All persons in the cabin will be regarded as guests at the ceremony and reception. As we can only have 100 guests, please refrain from inviting other people that do not plan on attending the wedding as this may result in another cabin being excluded.

Can I still go on the cruise even if I do not attend the ceremony and reception?

Of course! We would love to have you on the ship with us! Despite the guest limitation, we are still inviting people to come on the cruise and have a fun time even if you cannot attend the ceremony and reception. There are plenty of options for activities on the ship and opportunities for everyone to meet up and have a great time!

What do I do if I have children?

Carnival Cruise Line is a family friendly cruise line that offers plenty of activities for children of any age to relax and have fun! The ship also provides child care services during select hours, so parents can go out by themselves and relax!
